Summer Celebration Invite

We are very excited to invite you to our Summer Celebration event to commemorate Dolphin's 20th Anniversary!

The event will be held at Beaulieu - Home to the National Motor Museum from Friday 14th July - Sunday 16th July 2023.

After a big gap in our events calendar, it will be so lovely to get our Dolphin family back together and celebrate! We have a new venue and are really excited about the plans for this event.

Dolphin Motorhomes will host three days of family fun and entertainment and we'd love it if you could join us for this exclusive event. Apply now for one of the pitches we have for an overnight stay or simply visit us for the day. We welcome day visitors for the Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

This year we are focused on raising as much money as we can for our partnered charity Abby’s Heroes, a local childhood cancer charity helping and supporting children and their families, including bereaved families, teenagers and young adults at Southampton General Hospital. With this in mind, we will be charging for the event this year with 50% of admission fees going straight to Abby’s Heroes. The rest will pay for a heavily subsidised ticket into Beaulieu - Home to the National Motor Museum for the duration of your stay plus lots more. Full details below. Day visitors to the Dolphin event are free of charge (not including museum entry).

Facilities

We will host the event in the fields out the back of the motor museum. There is a small toilet block (in the field next to where you'd be staying) and an elsan point but no shower facilities, no hard stand and no electric hook up. Please ensure you bear all this in mind when making your booking. The weekend is Friday - Sunday. Due to another event on the Saturday at Beaulieu, we would ask you to arrive on the Friday between 11am – 8pm. You must leave your pitch by 6pm on Sunday 16th July.

Dogs are very much welcome and invited to our event. They must be on a lead at all times whilst in the Beaulieu grounds. Refuse and dog bins will be provided for your stay. To walk your dog off a lead, you will need to head further into the New Forest where there are miles of fabulous walks.

Refreshments and Entertainment

On the Saturday night we will once again be hosting our famous Dolphin BBQ, cooked and served by our own Dolphin chefs for you to enjoy! On the Saturday and Sunday mornings, we will be providing a breakfast of a bacon roll, pastry and a cup of tea or coffee for all our guests camping with us.

We will have a large marquee on site. There will be a pay bar in the marquee and we will host music and entertainment on both the Friday and Saturday nights.

Access to Beaulieu - Home to the National Motor Museum

As a weekend guest with us, you will receive a wristband on arrival which will give you access to Beaulieu - Home to the National Motor Museum for the duration of your stay. Beaulieu is one of the South of England's top family days out including National Motor Museum, Palace House and Gardens, Beaulieu Abbey, Little Beaulieu and World of Top Gear. Little Beaulieu is a wonderful new adventure play area for children to explore. There is also a coffee shop / restaurant on site serving hot and cold food plus homemade cakes and pastries.

Normally, the cost of 1x adult for the 3 days is £72 (£69 for Seniors and £39 for children). The museum is open from 10am – 6pm each day.

Local Area

Beaulieu is situated in the heart of the beautiful New Forest giving you access to miles of walks, ancient woodland, open moors, heathland and cliff top walks. Beaulieu village is a 10-minute walk from the site with quaint gift shops, cafes and restaurants.

Costs

As we said before, this year we will be charging for the event. The cost is £50 per person, with no charge for under 16's.

50% of this fee will go directly to Abby's Heroes, our charity for this year. Your ticket will include:

• Your pitch for the weekend
• Your donation to Abby's Heroes
• Access to Beaulieu and all its facilities for the duration of your stay
• Dolphin BBQ on Saturday night
• Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning
• Entertainment throughout the weekend including live music on Saturday night

Further Information

• Please understand we have limited availability. Completing this application form doesn't guarantee you a place.
• If you do apply and are successful, we will require full payment by 1st June. There will be no refunds after 30th June.
• Pitches are grass pitches with no electric hook up and there are limited facilities on site.
• For day visitors we have plenty of room and you can just turn up on the day.
