Following the latest government guidance, we are pleased to announce that both our branches sales and service departments are open and we look forward to welcoming you back into our premises.
However, we are continuing to take the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and are following strict "working safely during COVID-19" guidelines to ensure that our dealerships are safe for all customers and staff.
Working Safely during COVID 19
Before reopening, we carried out comprehensive risk assessments of both our sites and produced a detailed reactivation plan. This included the following:
7 step protocol for all customers and staff when arriving and during the day whilst at our premises.
- Daily deep cleaning and sanitisation procedures for all our showrooms, offices, toilets and vehicles with heavy investment in suitable cleaning products and equipment.
- Implementing various measures to improve social distancing and limit multi-touch surfaces (i.e – revised staff break areas, revised customer waiting areas, removal & respacing of some desks, automated showroom lighting etc)
- Phasing staff returning to work with various induction training for our new operating procedures.
Although we are open, in the interests of all our customers and staff, we will be operating on an appointment only basis (sales & service). This is to control the number of people we have on our premises at any one time.
On arrival, we kindly ask all customers to pull up and wait at the barrier where a member of our staff will run through our safety protocol. This includes immediately washing your hands, putting on gloves and then applying hand sanitiser onto the gloves plus we will then provide a safety mask.
If you wish to use your own gloves and mask this is of course fine, but we would still need you to immediately use our hand sanitiser.
Our opening hours are as follows:-
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
While You Wait Service Bookings/Appointments
Having enjoyed seeing our customers returning for service bookings, sadly we will need to avoid while you wait service bookings wherever possible.
Instead we encourage all service customers to drop their motorhome off and leave it with us and not to wait at our premises whist work is carried out.
For smaller jobs or for customers travelling a long distance, we can of course still provide a waiting area which has been reduced to adhere to social distancing measures.
As we have been closed for a period of time we have been facing a large backlog of work and in the busiest time of year, so ask for your patience and understanding.
All manufacturers are aware of the situation facing dealers/customers, so have extended SMMT habitation grace periods.
Sales Appointments / Viewings
In normal circumstances we have always unlocked all of our motorhomes for customers to view in relaxed surroundings. However, sadly this is currently no longer possible.
For all customers who have made/want to make a sales appointment, please can we ask you to choose up to five motorhomes and make us aware of these before/upon arrival. We can then open all of these up for you when you arrive and leave you to have a good look round in your own time. Because all motorhomes that have been viewed will need sanitising each day, we hope you can understand the need to limit the number of vehicles available to view.

Due to social distancing and unaccompanied test drive issues, we are currently facing complications with offering test drives. However, we are awaiting further guidance and will update customers when each sales appointment is made.
As we are a family business and have built our reputation on personal service and relations, all of these new measures are a very different way of working for all of us. We apologise for this in advance and for the lack of flexibility following these new guidelines bring.
We would ask that all visitors please support our staff in making our premises as safe an environment as possible. We have had some really positive feedback from our customers who have visited us in the past month and we hope that this continues.
