4th motorhome.... so far!

Having run my own business for over 20 years it was always difficult to take time off for holidays so enjoying the fresh air I thought owning a motorhome would provide the solution – Weekend breaks with the hope of longer holidays in the future. The next stage was to do some research. The Motorhome must sleep 4 and be compatible with the future Grand Children. Off I went to visit a large dealer locally. A bit daunting as the cost represented more than I have ever paid on a vehicle. I found a vehicle that seemed to tick most of the boxes, had a test drive , poured over the manuals sitting in the Motorhome trying to envisage myself enjoying the freedom of Motorhoming .
The price was agreed and I went away to see how to finance the vehicle over the weekend.
I then enthusiastically went back to the dealer and unfortunately the helpful salesman was up at a show. Still the sales manager was there and that is where it all went wrong – I was told the price quoted was not correct and there was a pressure from the dealer to finalise the sale - I then walked away completely deflated.
Dusting myself down I visited Josh and his Team at Dolphin Motorhomes in Southampton – Well what a difference. A family run business where customer service comes first. The requirements on layout and budget were discussed, examples shown, test drives were undertaken and the Motorhome chosen. That was our 1st Motorhome 11 years ago... My wife and I are now on our 4th Motorhome from Dolphin and enjoying every moment. It doesn’t matter whether we are calling into Dolphin Motorhomes for a service or just a coffee; we are always welcomed
