Senior Workshop Technician / Workshop Foreman, Dolphin Motorhomes, Christchurch (Full time)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic workshop technician to lead our motorhome workshop in Christchurch. The candidate must have previous motorhome/caravan technician experience. They would be a key part of our team by operating in a friendly and successful dealership, specialising in the retail sale and servicing of motorhomes, with a particularly high regard for customer care.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Carry out internal, warranty and retail work.

- Carry out fitting of accessories and general modifications.

- Ensure to be enthusiastic, welcoming and helpful at all times when in contact with customers.

Qualifications:

- The candidate will have ACOPS or STGW certificates and electrical testing certification

- This individual must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, work well both individually and as part of a team.

- The ideal person will require excellent fault diagnosis skills, problem solving skills, able to organise and prioritise work effectively and have the drive and determination to shape their own future.

- Along with all of our staff; the individual would be required to have superb customer face to face skills, high standards in all areas of the work place and place great emphasis on offering a first class customer service.

- The applicant must hold a full driving licence, be a proactive, committed and motivated individual.

Salary is dependent on experience.
