Dolphin to close from Thursday 5th November
Following the recent government announcement and in-line with NCC (National Caravan Council) guidelines, Dolphin Motorhomes will be closed from Thursday 5th November and will reopen on Wednesday 2nd December (subject to further guidance).
However, we have a small team of staff working behind the scenes to cover sales and service enquiries. Unfortunately, both our vehicle showrooms and display areas cannot be open to the public until further notice. We will have sales staff working onsite at both branches so all customers are welcome to contact us via phone or email with your enquiry and we will be available to send vehicle videos and process remote sales.
All service bookings up until 2nd December will be cancelled. We will of course contact all relevant customers as soon as we return to work to reschedule appointments. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
For all customers who have purchased a vehicle which is currently on site, we will be in touch with regards to collection options and dates. For all customers who have any new vehicles on order with us; Auto-Trail, Elddis and Swift have all confirmed the factories will remain open for production and we will of course keep you updated with your motorhomes progress.
