Working Safely During COVID-19

Following the latest government guidance, we are pleased to announce that both our branches sales and service departments are open and we look forward to welcoming you back into our premises.

However, we are continuing to take the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and are following strict "working safely during COVID-19" guidelines to ensure that our dealerships are safe for all customers and staff.

Appointments Only

In the interests of all our customers and staff, we will continue to operate on an appointment only basis (sales & service).

On arrival, we kindly ask all customers to pull up and wait at the barrier where a member of our staff will run through our safety protocol. This includes wearing a safety mask at all times when inside our premises or the motorhomes, plus immediately washing your hands and regularly using hand sanitiser.

If you forget your mask, please just let us know upon arrival and before you enter our premises and we can supply these for you.

Sales Appointments

In normal circumstances we have always unlocked all of our motorhomes for customers to view in relaxed surroundings. However, sadly this currently isn't possible.

For all customers who want to make a sales appointment, we will ask you to choose up to five motorhomes and make us aware of these before/upon arrival. We can then open all of these up for you when you arrive and leave you to have a good look round in your own time. Because all motorhomes that have been viewed will need sanitising, we hope you can understand the need to limit the number of vehicles available to view.

As another option if you would like us to e-mail you a more detailed presentation video or Facetime for any of the motorhomes you are interested in, please let us know and we can send this to you before you visit.

Service Bookings/Appointments

While You Wait

Having enjoyed seeing our wonderful customers returning for service bookings, sadly we will need to avoid while you wait service bookings wherever possible. I hope you can understand this is in everyones best interests.

Instead we will encourage all service customers to drop their motorhome off and leave it with us and not to wait at our premises whist work is carried out.

For smaller jobs or for customers travelling a long distance, you will of course be welcome to use our showroom waiting area which has been reduced to adhere to social distancing measures. We have also introduced tables and chairs located outside.

Backlog

As we have been closed for a period of time we have been facing a large backlog of work and in the busiest time of year, so ask for your patience and understanding.

All manufacturers are aware of the situation facing dealers/customers, so have extended SMMT habitation grace periods.

We kindly ask that all visitors please support our staff in making our premises as safe an environment as possible. We had some really positive feedback from our customers who had previously visited us after the first lockdown and we hope that this continues.
