Dolphin proud to Sponsor AFC Stoneham

Dolphin is delighted to be sponsoring local football team AFC Stoneham. Managed by James Phillips, who works in the sales team at Dolphin Hants, AFC Stoneham play in the Wessex Premier League having won Division One in 2018/19. James has been manager since 2019 and has managed 265 games so far! The last two seasons they have finished on 95 points and very narrowly missed out on promotion, one season on goal difference and last year in the play-off final. Fingers crossed for this season! The team won the Russell Cotes Cup in 2023 and are currently through to the last 16 of the FA Vase cup. Good luck to AFC Stoneham who are playing Andover New Street away in the next round!

As well as sponsoring the team, Dolphin also helps support AFC Stoneham Club. AFC Stoneham was formed in 1919 and currently have 136 teams for the 2024/25 season. They run their own Player Development Centre, FA Wildcats Centre for girls and a Saturday Morning Fun Club for children aged 4-10 along with various community projects under the new AFC Stoneham in the Community banner.

We are proud to support grass roots football and the work AFC Stoneham does for the community. All the members are volunteers so a big round of applause to them.
