2013 Virgin London Marathon
After their succuss in the 2012 Great South Run in October, the "Runners" at team Dolphin are at it again, This time they are competing in one of the world majors, The Virgin London Marathon on the 21st April 2013. Although they are not looking to challenge Emmanuel Mutai's 2:04:40 (a course record), they are however looking to beat "Brian the Snail's 2012 effort of 26 Days!!!
Christmas & new year, seem a distant memory with the lads hard at in training & trying to rack up 15-20 miles a week, increasing it up to 20-30 miles a week over the coming months.

Josh & Tom will be running in the London Marathon on the 21st April 2013 with a family friend pushing them all the way, while Graham is competing in the Brighton Marathon the week before on the 14th April They will all be running in aid of CLIC Sargent.
CLIC Sargent are a specialist charity which provides all aspects of support for children dealing with cancer. They offer valuable information on childhood cancer & its impact on all involved.
